… of that user interface. Especially skillbar. I mean, that healthball is barely noticeable, although UI is at it’s largest value. Would it be possible to have any improvement on that? Very annoying in PvP since I can’t see when I’m about to die and should do something about it.

Game options>Graphics>Interface Size near the top: click the drop down and select a larger size for the UI. Hope this helps.
