Hi,

I will very soon be losing my email address that is registered to my GW2 account. This is due to moving house and my present ISP not covering the area I am moving to.

They have informed me that as I will no longer have any account with them I cannot keep the email address I have.

What is the procedure for changing an email address linked to an account?

You need to contact support: Support link top of the page, then submit a request link.

Here are a few suggestions that would shore up security (free advice):

• Set up a new account (do not use an existing one you have used for other activitiy on the internet).
• Make sure the new account has 2 party authentication and enable it.
• Set up a proxy email address on this new account and use THAT for the GW2 login / contact.
