Hi Team,

If this is the wrong forum, please move this post for me. I just completed World 1 Zone 3 of SAB with one of my characters and I received the Super Short Bow skin from the boss chest. When exiting the server logged my and my friend off at the same time. When we eventually got back into the game I still had the bauble bubbles I received from the chest, but not the skin. Maybe the server got rolled back 5 minutes or something?

Can you please replace the Super Short Bow skin I lost? I can’t use it for my class, but I can at least give it to my friend

Update: Looks like I did NOT receive the 2 bauble bubbles from the chest. Counting is harder than it looks….

Is there another method I should contact Arena Net or is this an issue that cannot be resolved?

While you can submit a ticket and it will not do any harm, they have stated in the past that they are not able to replace items.

I was not able to log on to submit a support ticket. My account login is not working and every time I send myself a change password email it doesnt show up.

If they will not replace items then I suppose I will end this topic. Thank you for the assistance.

I believe they will reply you with “that’s a rare circumstance and we are not able to recover it for you”. I lost an exotic on March server crash(rare=monthly?) and got that reply for my ticket.

PS: Support Account is different from your game acc, you have to make a new one.

This useless bar doesn’t make you awesome. However, stuff above does.
