Hi,

I lost 2 Total makeover kits on my bank about a few months ago while the queen’s jennah jubile, i didnt thought i would need em so i didnt make it big of a deal… but now i could really use them so really would like them back.
is there a way i could be helped with this?

I suspect they are gone. For one thing, to determine what happened to them support is going to want to know the day and if possible the exact time they disappeared. If you don’t know this it will be hard for them to determine what happened to them. If they can’t see what happened, there isn’t much chance they will do anything.

Did you check all your alts to make sure you didn’t put the kits in its inventory? Did you delete an alt back then?

i have checked everything and didnt find then back, i have deleted a character but sure i didnt use them on that character since i hold em in my bank cause i never used them at all…

Yeah. Even if support can or will help you they are going to want the date of when it disappeared I’m sure. Without that information it’s probably a hunt for a needle in a haystack sort of thing since they have to slog through your computer records.

If you somehow deleted it and they find that out, they won’t replace it. It’s considered player error then and that’s not one of the reasons they replace.

i dont need the help i wouldnt get anyway since there was a very generous person who gifted me a total makeover kit ingame. i’d like to thank the one very much and it’ll be much appriciated. please contact me cause as soon as i took the kit the message got deleted
