My Friend has just got his new PC so he can finally play GW2 but he’s lost all his info on it, Email, Password and worst. His case with the ID is there anything he can do to get his account or will he need a new one?

He needs to visit this website, click the support link and submit a new ticket.

He needs to give them all the info he can and leave blank what he doesn’t know.

Support will help him as best they can.
