Lost my Authenticator app and code.
I have lost my phone and with it the code and app. I haven’t changed my router yet so it hasn’t been a problem, but i’d rather address it now then later. If anything I do have the Security code that they told me not to lose.
If you have a new phone with the app installed, you can try setting it up with the security code you do still have. Otherwise you can contact support and ask them to remove the app for you, and then you can set it up again on the new phone.
