After some absent i tought lets start Guild Wars 2 again, but to bad i lost my password.
Then i tought lets recover password, long story short i bought the game online as a preorder and i lost the e-mail with the serialcode.

I’ve tried twice to get my serial code from support and twice they have ignored my request.
You can convince them to reset your password though. They once even reset my password without me even asking them to do so (which is kind of disconcerting, meaning that anyone can just ask for a reset without the code).

Good luck, i have had a problem with my phone and lost access to my authenticator, they helped with that but wouldnt give me serial number as i cant get the paypal id anymore, can answer , date bought, log ins, char names everything else but without the id they wont help, ironically i had no problems with blizzard and bioware with my diablo and star wars authenticators. i dont want to use the guild wars one again now in case i have problems again and cant sort without serial number
