Guild Wars 2

I am no longer able to play GW2 because I do not remember my username. I do remember my password, and can log on here because I can log in through email address instead of username, but that is not the case with the launcher. I also downloaded the game so i can’t recover my account since the email with the serial code has long since been deleted.

Is there any way to find my username or serial code from my account on this website, or a way to get my serial code sent to me again?

You can login to the game with the same data you’re using here. So you can use the email adress there as well. And your username… well, you might wanna have a look to the left…

You don’t really use your user name for anything (you can append it when you file a support ticket and your friends can use it contact you in game regardless of character)… But the exact info you used here is your game info as WaxWorm mentioned.

As said above, you can log into the game the same with the same info you use to log into the forums.

You say I can log in with the same credentials as on this website, but I can not. While I do believe that I know my password, the user name “SamJa” or my email address do not allow me to log in.

Send a support ticket, they will walk you through recovering email or so.
