Hey guys, I’m experiencing a low framerate which (I’m pretty sure) should be much higher. I’m currently getting ~30 FPS just standing in the middle of the Charr starting zone with all of the graphics settings max, 1920×1080 resolution, and “Native” render sampling. There are also times when I pan the camera around that framerate plummets, making the game very choppy. I know that AMD CPUs don’t perform well with GW2, but I’ve seen posts with people reporting higher framerates (~60) when in PvE with slower systems. Any ideas? Thanks!

The only idea is to wait approximately one year for Arenanet to rewrite some parts of the shoddy engine.

Game settings: High settings just shadow medium and reflections Sky&Terrain

in LA 35-50 fps
Questing: 58-63 fps
Big events: 30 -50 fps
I have V-sync ON

1 week ago i had another PC : phenom2 x4955 BE and same video card , RAM and another HDD not the SSD that one i bought it with the new CPU and MOBO and i was able to hit 60 + fps not stable but with shadows off , reflections off and post procesing on low

Also i want to mention that my CPU and GPU are at stock clocks
