I encounter a problem with my graphics. In fact, it seems the game doesn’t use all my components’ potential. The game is running on kitten ith a GeForce GTX 960 and a AMD FX-6300.

Playing in an area with a lot of players delivering me these statistics:
Average GPU usage: 59%
Average CPU usage: 61%
Temperatures are OK.

I have no problem on other games like Witcher 3 thus I’m sure my hardware is OK. What do you think about this?

Run the game in windowed mode, and download and run GPU-Z and CPU-Z. And post the pictures. Also, it could be that your computer is in a “cool n quiet” mode while GW2 is running, and isn’t getting picked up to speed up so you don’t have issues. Also, Witcher 3 is a GPU heavy game, and you have a higher end GPU while GW2 is a CPU heavy game, and your cpu is not higher end.

Make sure the gpu is working at x16 pcie speed. You can check with GPU-Z

I’ve seen that AMD has problems with GW2 and I found a fix for Win7 here:

But I’m running Windows 10 and it seems that this fix is already pack in it.

The only solution would be the overclocking ?

There’re some things wrong.
First, show Gpu-z, not cpu-z.
Then, that bus speed is not that right. It should be 200MHz. You might have something tweaked in the bios.
Also, those 5.5GB of RAM used are insane. Show manager task while gaming. I suppose you have tons of unnecessary software going on.
It also seems you have memory leakage, as in only 90s you’re using 400MB more.

Indeed, I restore my bios by default and my fsb returned to 200Mhz.
