Guild Wars 2

My game is running on 21-25 fps on LA and 30-35 fps on wvw even though I have a really decent computer.

I have Intel Core i7-3770 3.4GHz, 8GB DDR3 Memory, and an AMD Radeon HD 7470 2GB gfx card

My old computer had i3 and amd radeon 6570 and plays the exact same fps as my new computer….

Any ideas what is the cause of this problem?

Well theres your problem.

Thats not a gaming card, so your computer is by no means a “really decent computer”
Your old computer with a 6570 isnt much better tbh but is roughly on the same level, hence the FPS simularities.

I can only asume thats a prebuilt computer becouse no1 in their right mind would pair a 3770 cpu with a 7470 gpu for a gaming rig. If said prebuilt was advertised as a gaming machine then im affraid u have fallen for the sale pitch. To many PC’s are sold with ‘gaming’ in the title or description nowerdays whislt falling far short of actually being gaming rigs.
