Yesterday I sold an exotic ring to one of my guild members, but he claims to have never received it. I am sure the mail was sent successfully and I verified the name. Is there a posibility that he didnt receive it due to a known issue or did I just get ripped off?

i had a similar problem a few hours ago when a guild member agreed to make some wood planks for me. i sent him the materials and he never received them. i know i sent them to the right person because i used the party option to send mail, and it was just the two of us. another member wasn’t able to send me mail, while a 3rd was. my mail has been slow before, but it always arrived.

just had a mail issue here too. about 20 minutes ago. mailed a rare and some other items to my friend, she never got it. her mail was only 9/10 full so she should have got it.. but nada. we’re roommates too so i know she didn’t scam me! i could see she didn’t get the mail.

I’m experiencing the same exact mail problem along with several guild members. I’m not sure if the Halloween event is mails are messing with the system or not. It is only happening to some of the guild members and not all of them. This needs to be looked into please.

I’ve recently sent 3 different mail’s in the last 24 hrs all to guild members and they have not recieved them. A fourth message that I sent did go through, but all the items from the other 3 messages are missing.

Hey all I was having this issue and I had a light bulb moment I went in and deleted some of my mail and all the sudden it all started coming in. The letter was not red letting me know it was full so I did not even realize. After I deleted a few it finally turned red letting me know it was almost full. This might help some of you all out.

I remember sending some silver to a friend a month ago, they never received it… So I thought maybe it was a spelling error. Today, I sent another friend a whole bunch of items, 6 mails worth. And my friend says they haven’t received anything at all.

Spelling is all correct, 100 percent.

It’s frustrating to know they haven’t received it yet. Took a lot of time and effort to retrieve those items, and they haven’t received it. Would all be for nothing.

When your mail box is full it will not alert you.

It will most likely show 9/10.

You will need to delete personal mail or BLT mail to receive new mail, which will be help in a buffer until you do.

Short Story:
This is a known bug, delete some old mail.
