Hi all,

My installer has been stuck at Installing file 486 of 493 for over ten minutes now.

Is this a common error?

Have you tried temporarily switching languages in the launcher? Try clicking the flag of a different language in the top right of the launcher, sometimes that works when the client is stuck at a certain point whilst downloading. Then you can switch back again after it’s fully loaded.
