I have the complete edition of Mad Memories but the original book didn’t get unlocked.
The original book was required to make the complete edition, so I was hoping I could get this version back too!
I am not sure the Mad Memories items count as Item Progression. You needed to do a series of quests for each of them. I think Item Progression pertains to items that are used in recipes. You did not need the first book as a component for a recipe to make the second.
Also, this would not be an Account Issue. =)
