Made a ticket no response!

First of all, sorry you’re having trouble. The thing with tickets is, they are currently on an average of 7 days instead of the usual 3 due to higher volumes recently.
Secondly, don’t re-submit a ticket, as this puts you further down the queue and will slow down the process for both yourself and the staff. I know it’s frustrating but they will get to you. Just a little patience is needed as there’s a big queue of returning players with queries ever since HoT was announced!
If after the 7 days (Will have to be 7 days after your newer ticket now I’m afraid) it’s still had no reply, you can submit your ticket number for query here:

Your ticket number will be in the automated email you would have got when you submitted a ticket.

Happy Birthday to you – hope other than not getting into Guild Wars 2 your day is ok for you.
As I said to OP, the staff are currently rolling a 7 day wait rather than the original 3 due to high volumes, so hang in there. Also, compromised accounts tend to take a little longer anyway, since they don’t want to give a compromised account back to the compromiser, rather than the original holder by mistake. Hope you get back to Tyria soon though 
Thank you for your great assistance, i messaged my other ticket and asked for it to be closed. I shall wait and be as patient as possible for me.
