Hey people! Ever since the patch, I’ve been getting really low fps everywhere. It was at 20-25 and now after the patch it’s sitting between 7-10. Is anyone else having this problem?

Here’s my specs:
Microprocessor – 2.50GHz 3rd generation Intel Core i5-3210M
Memory – 8GB DDR3 SDRAM (2 DIMM)
Video Graphics – NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M switchable graphics with 2048MB DDR3 and up to 1696MB total graphics memory
Hard Drive – 750GB

I am currently using the integrated graphics card since the GeForce card gives even worse performance.

I am having the same problem. I thought I needed to update my video card driver and I did. My computer never had a problem before HOT came out — I switched to the 64 bit and it has been fine until yesterday’s patch. Tried the old client, still having the problem.

I’ve had the fps drop problem since the raid patch, seems as if it’s affected people periodically as well. My ping issue was resolved today, but fps is still low. Sitting at a base of 20 in non populated areas in Tyria.

HoT and WvW are nightmares which kill me to 5/10

im getting a pretty big fps drop myself and my system is no slouch i used to average 80-100 fps now im barely getting 50 most of the time

8GB memory
Nvidia GTX 580 3GB
250GB SSD

I can’t seem to even roam across non-HoT maps without a significant frame drop. I would love this to be fixed somehow.

The FPS drop has been real. I have a i7 4790k, GTX 960, 16GB of RAM, SSD and my internet is great. I shouldn’t be getting 20FPS doing absolutely nothing. A fix would really be fantastic.

I’ve been playing fine the last 3 years, until today. 40-60FPS on core maps, 25-30FPS on HoT maps. My PC isn’t high-end, but this morning I logged in and just noticed a massive FPS drop. Last night I had been doing PvP with my team, playing at around 30-40FPS, no issues.

Today I login and find myself getting 5FPS in HoT maps and 16FPS in core maps. Currently unplayable :/ What’s going on..?

Ethernet connection is perfectly fine.

Add me to the list of folks whose FPS dropped to sub 20 post patch ..worsens at peak play hours and in HoT zones..but basically exists game-wide.

Never had problems before.

Running practically brand new Nvidia GeForce, 8GB Ram, Internet is Fiber ..so not sure what the issue is.

Had a Networking Specialist look at it today and he said it was “Game optimization” which is apparently out of my hands?

Just 19 FPS in LA, I don’t know what should I do to play WVW…
