Guild Wars 2

Hey guild wars. I recently completed the map Snowden Drifts, however without any map completion chest turnout. Ive tripled checked the map UI & it clearly shows ive done a 100 % on this map. Is this a bug? Shld i b concerned? will i be rewarded in some way?
