I purchased Teql the Sunless from the TP. Now it is missing from my wardrobe Whatever. I paid alot for that mini.

I’m peeved off as a new player. If you do a patch test it, I would like my Teql back.

Have you checked your bank or characters’ inventory, and taken the Mini out and added it to your Wardrobe? They don’t automatically move to the Wardrobe. You must manually move each Mini.

Did you check your Collections tab in the bank? This sounds like user error, rather than a bug or hack.

At the top of this page, it says ‘Support’ or, if you prefer ‘Services, and then Support’. Click on either one. At the top of the page you are taken to, in the top right, is a link called ‘Submit a Request’. Fill out the webform making sure to chose an option from both drop-down menus. Then submit the form.

Are you sure your Minis are no longer in the Collectible section of the bank, if you sent them there in the first place? Minis have their own spot in the bank (the little squares icon). If you didn’t send it to the bank, have you checked all your bags, including any invisible ones you might have?

I have a feeling that the minis didn’t disappear but simply are not where you’re looking.

Minis now have a whole new home of their own in your Hero Window, like your weapon skins. Are they there? Are they in an individual character’s inventory/bags? Keep in mind they don’t move on their own, so you’ll want to check around.

Here’s a suggestion: Check each and every character (because the char may have been displaying the mini), each and every bag/briefcase/bookshelf/storage device , and then each and every tab of your Bank, particularly the Collectibles tab. Minis you had previously stored in Collectibles are still there and need to be taken out before they can be account bound in the Mini Collection window.

Consider, too, if you may have deleted a character that had a mini in inventory. Those minis, just like any other items on a character, do go away upon deletion.

That is precisely true. I think the suggestions above, and where to check, make sense, since folks can be forgetful and might not remember the mini’s location or might believe the system was shifting things automatically.

Since the latest patch my Mini season 1 WvW Dolyak disappeared…Never got to unlock it simply disappeared from my inventory after the patch. Pretty certain I didn’t delete it as its exotic would have had to confirm. Its not in any deposit spots either.
Any chance I could get it back? (I have the title to confirm I should have it)

I rarely post on gw2 forums because I have alot of patience with the bugs and other broken stuff in gw2, I just shrug and move on, this would be my 2nd post after 2 years of playing.

No Gaile, there’s another bug in which achievements for the new mini’s collection set isnt adding up the same as with the old achievement of minis collection.

Take note, I have the minis for collection 1, 2 and 3 for the old achievement. I did not sell them since i really collected them. I took each and every mini from my bank and put it on my inventory, right click each one by one and chose “add to collection”

At first it counted well, 1 2 3 4 5 etc.. then after that, I am missing 2 to 3 minis from my set 1. Missing 4 minis from my set 2. My set 3 is unaffected by this bug tho. Some minis did not register. My minis are inside the wardrobe yes, BUT i cant put another duplicate of them just for the achievement count that I’m missing.

Seriously, kindly check and fix the bugs. I’ve seen alot of forum posts about this one.
I already sent a ticket for the first time in game and I know it wont see the light of day, thats why I took the forums already for the 2nd time after 2 years.

This big patch has alot of crazy bugs and broken stuff, don’t let it be the end of our favorite MMO (when majority of people are kittened off with the bugs, glitches and balance issues, it spells “the end”)

Remember, submitting in-game Bug Reports will never engender a response, as noted on the Bug Report submission window.

For individualized responses, you must submit a request through the Support website using the web-form.
