Q:

Im not sure what Happened, well First off new player here, 2 weeks in . The first character I made to get my feet I have since deleted (At the time I was on a free account ) Trying out new classes.

I enabled the two -step verification and received the mini dragon and he was out and about and doing dragon stuff.

Then i deleted that one to try another class, i forgot about it for a few days, then purchased HoT and was looking on the minis tab and noticed its not there,

Was this like a one time use? and not a permanent unlock? Or did deleting him delete the mini?

it sounds like deleting him deleted the mini. however you can contact support, and I’m fairly sure they’ll do something.

just fyi when you get it back (or get another mini), right-click it and select ‘add to account wardrobe’ or something along those lines. this will unlock it for your entire account.

it sounds like deleting him deleted the mini. however you can contact support, and I’m fairly sure they’ll do something.

just fyi when you get it back (or get another mini), right-click it and select ‘add to account wardrobe’ or something along those lines. this will unlock it for your entire account.

I don’t recall seeing that but when I did double click it, it let my bags, but ill defiantly contact support thanks for the info and will update if they can fix it!

Support took care of me, they verified the 2 step and sent a replacement to my account!
