Hey Anet!

I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition of gw2, and got all the little cool items involved. I never got the Rytlock mini thuogh. I’ve been meaning to inquire about it, but I never cared up until today, haha.

I was wondering how I can retrieve him? Is it a simple /slash command like gw1?

If I remember it correctly, you get it from the Hall of Monuments guy.

Rytlock should be sent through the mail. The items are only sent to the first character on the account. If you don’t see him you should create a ticket and email support

Did you use the ‘Deposit Collectibles’ function on your inventory? If so he’ll probably be in your collectible tab in your bank.
