I purchased an account-wide bag slot and never got it. I only have the one slot that Anet gave to everybody, and I had that before purchasing my account-wide bag slot.

Maybe it glitched out because I was in a pvp match when I bought the slot? Not sure.

I want my extra bag slot though

Oh kitten , apparently I bought a character slot expansion instead of a bag slot….

You can contact support and ask if they can either refund you the gems you spent on the character slot or switch the bag slot for the character slot (and refund you the difference).

However, you should make sure of what you’re trying to buy. There are bag slots, and then there are shared inventory slots. The bag slots are only usable on one character; the shared inventory slots will show up across all of your characters.
