Guild Wars 2

My Enchanted Broom has disappeared from my inventory. I upgraded the witch outfit, town clothes, and toys months back when the wardrobe was implemented. I still have my other upgraded toy, a Riding Broom. Is this something I should make a support ticket for, or am I missing something obvious?

I’ve searched my bank and other character’s inventories as well.

Just to check, you previously had 2 brooms? The one that came with the outfit and the one you bought separately? Also you said it disappeared. You mean you have had it all these months and it recently disappeared?

If you used to have 2 brooms and one has recently disappeared (you saw it in these last few months since you upgraded your outfit but now it’s gone) you can contact support and see what what they say.

Yeah, I had two brooms. I bought the riding broom first, then when the Witch’s outfit came out, I bought that, and the Enchanted broom came with it. I don’t explicitly remember playing with the Enchanted broom when I upgraded it, I just assumed all went well and this Halloween when I went to break it out it wasn’t to be found. shrug

From previous posts, it seems that if you lost the toy that came with your outfit, you’re out of luck. You can always try support and make sure, but don’t be too surprised if it’s gone for good.
