Hi,

I bought 800 gems and then immediately bought a consortium sickle. Instead of the sickle the only thing I received was the free box of dragonbash minis. The 800 gems are now gone.

There is plenty of space in my mail box. I got the email confirming gem purchase. The log of items purchased shows a sickle as my most recent buy. No sickle, no gems.

Thoughts on what happened here or how to proceed?

(…and for the love of the six gods, why do I need to create a separate support log-in to create tickets instead of just logging in with my account?)

After logging out completely and logging back in the gems re-appeared. I was then able to purchase the sickle which arrived in good order. Matter resolved, though the behavior was till on the weird side.
