Guild Wars 2

I have not played GW2 in a few months due to many problems in real life. But I am back and notice that I am missing something I bought the first Halloween event. I am missing my Mad King’s Outfit and when I go into my collection of outfits it says I don’t have it unlocked. Don’t know if something new came up during the months of not playing and I lost the right of having it now. I know I bought it a few years back and was wondering if I am just not looking in the right place?

Not sure if I’m right about this but I believe all outfits you bought before the wardrobe system was brought in you can get if you talk to a Black Lion Armor person which you can find in cities.
