Missing Secure Account Miniature Dragon

I secured my account yesterday and received an in-game miniature dragon. I activated and played for a bit. I deleted that character to make a new Norn. The dragon is now nowhere to be found on my account. Please help. I may be looking in the wrong places or it may have been destroyed.

Should be in miniature location for account.

If not will need to make support ticket and ask. Maybe you delete character with it before add to wardrobe. Support probably help get back.

Definitely not anywhere in there. I think I opened the support ticket accurately. The first character I activated the dragon with is deleted. It is definitely not on my account now.

Then need to wait for support to see if can help. To be sure you made ticket by support link on GW2 website and not in game bug report. In game bug report will not get answer. So if made support ticket then will have to wait for support to answer.

As it turns out, I think this was my fault. i treated the item like a trinket, rather than a consumable. I don’t know what happened to the item and admit I could have accidently deleted it. i was activating it, but I never consumed it it. Tech support totally helped me out. Very happy and I learned something.
