What happens if we lost our serial code?

i was cleaning my room last weekend and lost my serial code and my reciet with it. my acct was hacked just the past couple days on 9/4 around 10pm. and i jsut got a response fro ma member sending me to the recory account page. but i dont have the rite serial code with me. i have proof of address that can be faxed to give proof i was the owner of the account with correct address’s on a state id be ok?

my husband can’t get his account hack resolved either b/c he lost his serial code from his e-mail when his computer crashed. we can provide the credit card info it was purchased with! He has been locked out of the game for over a week and support keeps jerking him around b/c he can’ find his code. You all have to have a system for this right?

im sure they will come up with somthing. but as busy as they are rite now it will probally be upwards of a week before they can give us some what of a response or possibly until thier is live support but until then with all the hacked account’s tickets going in it might be a little while till they get back to us. would be nice if a form admin could put some advice in! *caugh*caugh*:D

Good luck, I’ve been trying to get a simple “yes or no” answer to whether or not we are screwed if we accidentally lost the key. I don’t know why a support person can’t just say “yea, you are screwed” or “no, we will be working on a way to help people who lost it very soon”. Its not a hard question to answer.

its not but half the time when they say its a person talking from one of the “representitives” its just an auto message sent from a computer. hopefully we can get some real support soon Galie!!! Where art thou!!!!
