What kind of an item? We need more information before we can suggest anything.
It was Entropy from the Gilded Strongboxes… i just got it… just put in my guild bank for my guardian to pick it up.. and now it is gone… no1 has acces to the guild bank but me and now it is gone

Go to the guild bank and while representing, check the log. That tells you who put in or took things out and when.
does not say it was taken out at all… says it was put in there just not taken out… and its not there

K then you need to contact support. Go to the support tab at the top of the page and then go to ‘ask a question’ and fill out a ticket. It wouldn’t hurt to add a screenshot of the log and the contents of the guild.
