Guild Wars 2

When I bought the game in November, I’m pretty sure that it was advertised as including the 2 week banker golem and the mistfire wolf skill, however i didn’t receive either of these and I’ve since noticed that they are no longer mentioned in the digital deluxe blurb.
Have they been removed?

Did you buy the old core GW2 Deluxe from a 3rd party (Anet doesn’t sell it directly anymore aside from a gem store upgrade) or the HoT Deluxe version? The HoT version does not include those items but the core Deluxe version did.

HoT Deluxe has never been advertised as having those items. The image I attached above shows what has always been advertised with HoT Deluxe with the only difference being they also added the Max Level Boost when that was released later on. Perhaps you saw some reference to the core Deluxe upgrade available in the gem store and that is what has caused the confusion?
