I’m missing 10 Exquisite Oricalcum Charged Quartz Crystals (sp?) from my bank vault. It took me forever to stockpile those for my characters AND I spent real world money for gems to get many of the mats. Why were they removed?

Perhaps, your account has been compromised. Check your computer for security issues, and also check all your characters’ inventory, guild bank, etc.

If you still feel the items are missing, you can ask CS if they will kindly assist you with this issue. Good luck.

Or it could be that they were destroyed by player error? Or misplaced in the bank or on an alt?

If you can’t locate them you will need to contact support for an answer. Top of page-Support, then top of page-Submit a request.
