Good evening,

For some reason the Mistlock Sanctuary keeps making my client crash. Not all the time though. When it first appeared, right after it got launched, I could fix the crashes by repairing the client. That made the issue disappear for a couple of days but now it’s back and it’s driving me insane. Repairing the client doesn’t seem to fix it anymore.

Sometimes I can hang out the Sanctuary for extended periods of time without ever crashing, and sometimes I crash instantly after zoning in.

Is this a known bug? Can we expect a fix? Is it my personal client that needs fixing?

My last resort would be a fresh install but that’s the last thing I want to do right now.

As of now I continue to reside in LA because paying 1000 gems gave me nothing but crashes.

This same thing keeps happening to me, and it happens so random. Being tabbed out the game seems to always result in a crash too, but it doesnt happen right away. Please look into it. A 1000 gem item im regretting purchasing so much because of this. That and also the fact that if im in the mistlock sanctuary, and join a party for fractals, i get no pop up. Then if i go inside, im in a different instance. Going back to LA for fractals, defeats my entire reason for buying access to the mistlock sanctuary.

I have the same issue. In fact, 4-5 of us crashed today at the same time for some reason! Please come up with a solution as soon as possible! :’(
