So my account got suspended and i asked for a ticket.. then they replied :

2. What is your complete Guild Wars 2 Display Name, including the last 4 digits (if you have it)?

If you bought the game at guildwars2.com, please provide the e-mail address that made the purchase, the name and last four digits of the card, and the billing ZIP/postal code.

then i answered those question as fast as possible, for some reason i typed my Serial Code wrongly ( i didnt notice )

then the next day they gave me this stupid answer :

then i was like “what”? and started to explain the situation im in but i waited almost 3 days and yet they still havent reply me… It like they completely close my case and totally ignore my reply… so.. ( NEED HELP)

I was permanent banned tonight no idea why…..I have the box sitting on my desk which I just purchased two weeks ago……I have played an average amount and broken no rules…. I am seeing this show up in other posts as well…..sounds like they got the ban part down but instead of botts and hackers they are just banning random helpless folks. If they don’t unlock my account asap its fine…. ill walk away with my guild in tow and never purchase from this company again….. really wicked bad service. Just ban innocent folks because your system is clearly junk….. here is a. crazy idea…investigate before you ban people.

i have been suspended for 4 days already, i filed a ticket and asked why was i banned and for how long… still no reply, i mean like yeah i was suspended but for what reason ? and for how long, they couldn’t even answer me that…

I think you need to post your case number in https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Tickets-for-Review-3-days-and-older-merged if your ticket is more than 3 days old and has no response.
