so….. Google just updated it’s Authentication App causing me to lose the link to my gw2 account, and without it, i can’t unlink or link the new one

help? :]

I have had this happen today. All my accounts are gone from my authenticator and it won’t accept the serial key I had written down.
I tried getting onto the support pages but Firefox threw me an “unsafe connection” warning.

same, i decided not to risk it thats why i would like some help from a dev or someoen to link my gw2 to the new Authentication

yeah…except if you are using google authenticator you can’t unlink account to use the Duo Mobile

okay got the fix for anyone else having issues…just go to account recovery and disable the authenticator…then redo it.

What about WinAuth?
