whenever I try to swap weapons using Mouse 5 (wheel right) I also tab out to the desktop background, not sure what or where this came from but it started after the patch this morning. I use a logitech g500 mouse

Is weapon swap the TAB button (don’t recall). If so, it looks like something in your system is thinking the ALT button is held down (this is possible that the buffer location that keeps up with the status of your ALT button is reversed).

Try restarting your system and see if the issue still happens.

Bump this. It still tabs out and there is nothing helpful over google/youtube which seem to help.

Find the software that assigns your mouse buttons for Windows and make sure it does not have that button assigned to ALT-TAB as that would likely override any in-game assignments.
