Guild Wars 2

I just got a new mouse, Corsair Vengeance M60.

I have set my mouse button to the keystroke v, which works in other applications.
I.e. when I press the button in word, notepad etc… the letter is repeatedly typed until I release the button.

So I went into GW2 and I have changed my dodge button back to v.

I press my mouse button in game and nothing happens.

Is this a bug with GW2 or am I missing something?

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

The game does recognise mouse buttons.!!!

Use the options/controls to bind in the game. I set button for target and evade to mouse 4 and 5 buttons. Use the in game options. The game determines what is used not what you have it set to for outside of the game.
