Dear ArenaNet,
I logged into the website this evening to find out that someone’s logged into my account multiple times from different regions such as America and China (I’m in Australia.) I dont know how they went into my account because this password was only changed a few weeks ago and is the password solely used for Guild Wars 2.
Once i logged into the game i found my items such as the armour and weapons on my character are all missing and replaced with another set of items which i’m not familiar with. I already added an autheticator and changed the password but i am very worried this might happen again. Is there any way to recover my in games item??
