Guild Wars 2

About a week or two ago, I stopped playing Guild Wars 2 for a short while but yesterday when I tried I couldn’t log in. I was afraid i got hacked so i sent a ticket. Eventually I got my account back, however when I logged in all my items where gone. As it stands all 400 hours that I spent on playing guild wars 2 where rendered meaningless. I love this game so much so that is why i want to ask if there is any conceivable way to restore my account to the way it was before i got hacked, since I don’t know if i could bring myself to start all over again from nothing.
Moreover as i said this game is really important for me i play it every day i can so please try to help me.

Please contact support http://en.support.guildwars2.com/ and explain to them this issue. They will tell you if the rollback you are asking can be done in your case.
