I’m sorry to trouble you.About 1 month ago I can smoothly login in the game.But today when I wanna play GW2 again I found that my acount has been terminated for engaging in or assisting with gold or item sales for real-money.

I swear I never do anything against rules of conduct and my character is only level 30+.And my email never received the letters of account terminate or password changed messages.

I really love this game and account is not very cheap.please help me.+cry

I hope it all works out fine for ya. I don’t know if you actually did it, but if you are innocent, I can understand your frustrations. Please be patient, find something to do while waiting.

Just one word on the issue, please remember to update the ticket if something happens, not open a new one.
