Alright, so I was an idiot and changed my email username at the authentication screen while logging in to the game, and 1 day later BOOM! My password doesn’t work anymore. The logical thing to do is to reset my password right? So I did, logged into the game, logged out, then tried logging in again only to be told that the correct password is incorrect? WTFUDGE!?

Are you using your usermane to log in or your email? It needs to be your email.

And you could check your browser tools to see your password, to make sure it is indeed the correct one.

There does seem to be a ‘game forgets password’ bug. If you have ‘remember password’ ticked, try unticking it and typing the password in manually. Make sure it’s email and password you are using not account name and password and that you are not making typos when typing. Try changing the password again, sometimes that works.

If everything you try fails you will need to contact support.

If you think it’s this bug, it wouldn’t hurt to make a thread on the Games Bugs forum to bring it to general attention.
