My account suspended landing
Go to the “Ask A Question” tab at support.guildwars2.com, and make a support account for the account in question (this is seperate but will end up linked to the game account, done this way for this kind of situation) then submit a ticket via “Ask a Question”.

Contact support and you should be able to get your account back.
Do this:
1) Go to support.guildwars2.com
2) Login or create an account there
3) Click on “Ask a Question”
4) Explain the problem
“My account has been suspended and I would like to have it back. I got the following message when I tried to login: <add the exact suspension message you got>. I think the suspension happened because I use a VPN. I use it because the connection from my ISP is bad and the VPN helps reduce latency.”
Add this to your question as it may help expedite the process:

However, using a VPN might get you into trouble again. You should consider other ways to reduce latency, such as smoothping.com or lowerping.com. You can try them out first to see if it helps your specific connection.
