Because my side network condition is bad, so use VPN. So I feel I account suspended landing reason is the IP address of the land?
First of all, I understand your practice is to prevent account stolen….But I guarantee that this is because I bad network modification, not account leak…
Customer service as soon as possible to verify and solve, I in the account was suspended after landing and have not received any explanation of mail and statement.

My account suspended landing
Go to the “Ask A Question” tab at support.guildwars2.com, and make a support account for the account in question (this is seperate but will end up linked to the game account, done this way for this kind of situation) then submit a ticket via “Ask a Question”.

Contact support and you should be able to get your account back.
Do this:
1) Go to support.guildwars2.com
2) Login or create an account there
3) Click on “Ask a Question”
4) Explain the problem
“My account has been suspended and I would like to have it back. I got the following message when I tried to login: <add the exact suspension message you got>. I think the suspension happened because I use a VPN. I use it because the connection from my ISP is bad and the VPN helps reduce latency.”

However, using a VPN might get you into trouble again. You should consider other ways to reduce latency, such as smoothping.com or lowerping.com. You can try them out first to see if it helps your specific connection.
