Guild Wars 2

I’ve linked my accounts, it said that it was succesful I have even gotten an e-mail to my previous GW account that the email adress had been changed, so I assumed that I could acces my rewards. However, I have had no luck whatsoever accessing my rewards from HoM. I am 100% sure I got to 24 in Guild Wars 1.

Anyone else having this problem?

I already sent a support ticket over a week ago and still I ‘ve had no reply whatsoever.
I still have all the serial codes, even of my old Guild Wars 1 account and I would very much like to acces what I’ve worked for so hard.

Anyone that can help me?

What worked for me and others in that regard is to log in to GW1, go to the Eye of the North, and fiddle with your Hall of Monuments (like cycling the minipets or something).
