My brothers ACCT. was hacked 3 days ago now while me and my other brother were online, the hacker changed my brothers password as he i guess had access also to his yahoo, he removed the seriel key of the game from the acct. also so my brother submitted a ticket while the hacker was still online on his name and hasnt receieved not 1 e-mail from A-Net even saying that a ticket was submitted.. We purchased the game for my brother using a debit card so we can without a doubt prove we bought the game 3 weeks ago for him but what steps do we take now? theres no customer service number so no way to directly contact these people my brother changed his e-mail password already and i do not want to see him lose his acct. forever this is frustrating someone please help!

Answer the questions of him politly. You brother need to prove in any way he is the owner. Support will tell him all the possibillity’s. answer the questions politly and patiently and it will be allright.

If your brother has not heard anything from support in 72 hours from first creating the ticket, he can submit his support ticket number in the sticky thread for 3-day and older tickets. Then Gaile will take a look at what’s going on for him. =)
