I really hope so. I’ll keep this thread updated if possible. He was going to make a thread on the forums but F2P accounts cannot use the forums at all..
They can refund the purchase if he didn’t spend the gems.
It’s been about three days and he hasn’t received any answer.
Because friend has free account can not post on forum. You can. If friend give you ticket number you can post in sticky thread top of this forum for review of ticket older than 3 day.
My friend finally got an answer with a big round ‘NO’. They didn’t even try to help, all they did was say ‘no’ and made him wait nearly four days. Is this some kind of joke? He’s really upset! He just threw to the junk can 35€! I can’t believe this is happening..
Then post his ticket number in the review thread. It’s quite possible the support agent did not understand what he was asking. Anet has been extremely clear if a refund request is needed to speak to them about it.

I have contacted some support members and even posted the ticket in the “3 days and older” thread hoping something would happen’. We’re pretty much in a tight situation and… freaking out slightly. I know that a ‘paysafe card’ situation isn’t one of the best but there has to be any kind of solution for this.. He doesn’t even want to play the game!

Support won’t talk to you since it’s not your account involved. Unless you mean you sent them messages on the forums, which they will not respond to (there is a sticky about not sending them pms.
Just have to post the ticket there, and let Michael handle it.
