Hey my friend

has permanent ban by using Macro.
He’s just login around 16-17 Jan 2013 after Support team solve their password reset problem.
(Our have confident he’s never using macro for farming or combo skill in pvp & wvw)

i know our must use to write ticket to support.

but Arenanet immediately ban ( He’s know at 18-Dec in the moring (GMT+7)

Yeah He’s wrote ticket to inform this problem already.
And We need resolve this problem immediately same.

You should rewrite this post and remove his account name. If he already submitted a ticket, you’ll need to wait three days then post in the correct thread if he hasn’t received a response. Just because he said he didn’t use macros doesn’t mean it’s true.

Tell him to change his account name as well, because now it is compromised. Placing account credentials on a forum is the first thing you can do. The bad guys are able to read it too.
