My friend got suspended.
Your friend can appeal it if it’s in error. He should have received an email, or the notification when trying to log on shows the email address he can submit an appeal to.
Alternatively, he can submit a ticket by clicking the support link at the top of the page.

One of the victims here. Seems like the game has this flawed automatic ban system. I got wrongly banned twice and had to wait for a very long time just to get a Response and then working on the process to lift the ban.
Seems like the game just refuses to have more players. I hope your friend got his account recovered.
He’s at work and I won’t hear from him till rather late this evening, but I’m hoping he heard back from support. I just hope it’s all resolved.
