30% cpu usuage, and 67% ram usage, playing with best peformance settings and I get a full minute loading screen when I use a waypoint.

What is the problem with this game?

I have fibre ops highspeed. 60 fps average, and 82 ping average.

If this just started since the recent patch, some have had much luck reverting to the 32-bit client. (See Sticky above.)

If it is long-standing, you might consider de-fragging your disk, and/or contacting the Tech CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Request’ for assistance.

I think there’s an entire cat worth of fur in the pc case. Does that effect it?

Even if it did not, it would behoove you to clean out your case.
