It’s been almost a week since I’m at a high ping. This brought me a lot of problems like: Lag Skill, Delay, teleporting characters, etc.
I tried several tutorials on Youtube to know if there was any way to reduce my ping, usually in Brazil (country where I am) the ping is between 180 and 195. But currently my ping is reaching +600.
We have also tested some software as “WTFast”, “Pingzapper” and some other techniques, but none of them was 100% effective, the lag diminiuia for a few minutes, but soon returned.
However, my internet connection is not bad. Semprei played with it normally without any problems with lag. So, I wonder if anyone has any solution to the problem, because I believe it’s something to do with the Anet server.

in game when you have high ping typ /ip and hit enter

the IP address is what you want ( XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX)

in windows open command prompt and type

tracert xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

(xxx.~ is the IP address)

and hit enter

paste the output to this thread.

Your issue is with Telemar.br (located in Brazil).

Call your ISP and email them this trace with them on the phone. The issue starts at 200.223.41.125 mildly then takes a huge hit on 200.23.46.128 (j02.telemar.net.br).

They will need to address this issue.
