Not sure if this is the right place to ask for help but if not, pls direct me to the correct place. Thanks.

My issue is with the Mystic Coins. I have been doing the dailies every day since around 1 Dec 2012. I completed the Monthly in Feb, Mar and Apr 2013. Excluding other sources, I should have close to 170 coins since I never used any.

However, I checked today and found that my Mystic Coins are stuck at 44! I didn’t know the use of the coin prior and certainly did not use any. I do not know if there is a cap limit on coins in an account. If so, my bad. If not, this is a bug but more importantly to me, I would certainly like the missing coins restored.

Where can I get help?

Have you checked your bank collectibles? Mystic coins go into the bank automatically if you use the option ‘send all collectibles to bank’. I know it’s a long shot, from what you describe, but maybe something like them moving to the bank has happened. There is no limit on Mystic coins as I have a stack of 250 plus however many more I have in the bank at this time. (I haven’t checked them recently, I just send them to the bank each day.)

Oh, and for help, you can always contact Customer Support by opening a ticket.

Oops… I used to put them in manually in the early days so there was a stack of 44 in my bank. The rest of them went into the collectables after I discovered the “deposit” button. A harder look reveals I have an additional 180 there…

Yeah same thing happened to me – A nice surprise though when you figure it out! Now I wish there was a spot for those dubloons (the MF ones – platinum and the like) I think they are called… oh and dungeon tokens while you’re at it =)

Happened to me as well. I mentioned it in passing in the map chat, and a ton of people offered suggestions on how to recover it. Imagine my embarrassment when I noticed they were indeed deposited into the collectibles. :P

I’m glad you didn’t actually lose them!

Collectable slot for dungeon tokens would be AWESOME
but then 250 max would be so meh.
