Yesterday I bought a name change contract on the gem store, and it deducted the 800 gems from my wallet, but I cannot find the contract anywhere.

Is it supposed to just be inside of my inventory? I have checked it multiple times, and cannot find it there.

Where is this contract going to be?

Make sure you delete old in game mails. Items won’t show up in mail until you are under the 10 mails limit. The old ones with envelopes you need to clear out.

I deleted mail, I was at the 10 limit. But it still hasnt showed up. How long am I supposed to be waiting for it?

I would think you would have received it by now if your old mails have been cleared. You may need to submit a support ticket if you have not received it. Of course double check all your characters and your bank as well.

Could you have deleted the email with the item? Cause most stuff you order in the gem store arrives via email.

Not likely. I double checked everything I was deleting to make sure this wasnt the case.

As far as I know you are not able to delete a mail with stuff in it …

You can NOT delete an email with an item attached (until you accept the item). I think you may have an option to RETURN it (if from another player), but not delete it.
