OK, for some reason the game won’t let me log in, it says my login or password was not in the database or something like that. I’ve even changed my password twice and I KNOW I got the right e-mail in there… I don’t know what’s going on, but I really hope you guys can fix it. :/

you have logged into the forums with the same details the game requires. your password will be stored in your browser.

If you still can’t log in, you will need to raise a support ticket (see sticky above).

But I wasn’t logged into anything before I attempted to log in. :/

Yes, but the forum and the game have the same login. Whatever you used to login here is what you use to get into the game, email and password.
