Guild Wars 2

I have tried every way possible to contact AN to change my password to no avail. I never received a “serial code” on my receipt for the game over two years ago, so I can’t do anything with support. I have tried to get my code before, just to have nothing happen about it. I just installed anew mobo and cpu, and it broke my ssd. It had all my passwords on it, and I have no idea what my game password is. I can get on the guild wars website, as this post can attest, but nothing I try on the login works. If I just had a file name where the password is in game I could probably get back in. If any Arenanet guys read this, I can give you all kinds of info on my account. I have 2 years invested in this game, and really want to return. Any help would be appreciated.

The login for the forum is the same as for the game. If you have your password saved for the forum you can usually view it in your browser settings under saved passwords. The way to do so depends on your browser.
